Versioned records describe semi-auto and full-auto fire, a compact 3 × 2 inventory footprint and 9×19 mm ammunition. The launch changelog moved the PP-19 50-round drum to a later Medic milestone, so an older guide may show a magazine that your account cannot currently buy.
Start from the live customization screen. Select the weapon, inspect the magazines shown for that build and load one before leaving support. A shared caliber does not make MP5 and PP-19 magazines interchangeable.
When to consider it
Consider the PP-19 for close support routes where inventory space and cost matter more than long sightlines. Keep medical tools, bandages and spare loaded magazines in the budget. A compact primary helps only when the rest of the kit still performs the Medic task.
Compare another option
The MP5 is a later recorded Medic unlock in the same ammunition family. The AMP-9 remains a cheaper catalog entry without a dedicated page. Compare the live magazine access, total kit cost and route distance rather than assuming the later weapon is always better.
