Current update trail

WARDOGS entered Steam Early Access on September 10, 2026. The official announcement trail currently moves from the Season 1 launch changelog through Launch Stability Hotfix #1 and Patch 0.11. Each entry below records what the announcement changed and which field-manual pages need to be read with that version.

Season 1 launch changes

The Season 1 changelog replaced short-test progression with a longer Early Access curve. It changed XP bands, moved Heavy Tank to Driver level 35 and Artillery Tank to Career level 90, raised the Forward Operating Base and Large Hammer prices, and changed several Driver-track unlocks and access payments.

These changes affect the progression, economy, vehicles and building references.

Launch Stability Hotfix 1

Launch Stability Hotfix #1 required a client restart and new download after release. It targeted failed server joins, unexpected kicks and long login queues, then returned players through a controlled login process.

The announcement describes a launch incident, not permanent live service status. Use the troubleshooting guide to identify the current failure stage before applying old incident advice.

Patch 0.11

Patch 0.11 focused on the server browser. It separated Community and Official browser views, improved community-server filters and search, made community server IDs persist, and added quick controls for empty or full servers. The same announcement also mentioned cash-exploit fixes, more GPU crash work and additional Asian server capacity.

The related workflows are play with friends and troubleshooting.

Read dated notices correctly

Check the publication date, client version and stated duration before treating an announcement as current. Scheduled maintenance, controlled login queues and short cash bonuses are event records. Permanent interface changes and named progression moves remain relevant until a newer official post replaces them.

When two announcements touch the same field, use the newer first-party value and retain the earlier post only as change history.
